Celeste was extremely positive at the first session. I have suffered miserably with nocturnal leg cramps for many years and always blamed it on the two lumbar surgeries I had…which, in part, was true. However, the agony of suffering every single night and being constantly sleep deprived was mentally and physically exhausting. I tried every single modality in creation from supplements to PT, acupuncture, chiropractic, neurosurgeons, neurologists, tried old wives tale remedies and even visits to Cleveland Clinic all to no avail. During my session, I happened to mention that for years I would dream of constantly running …from fear of hunger, safety, battle scenes, and the like. It was then that she pointed out what happens to our physical body when we are constantly running: muscles cramp! That hit the nail on the head for me. She was spot on.
